We are actively acquiring businesses in UK and USA which are related to the retail and sales sector, from distribution, manufacturing to service related. The key is that you are actively trading, and have been for a number of years.
Financials
Our specialist team of expert accountants and lawyers will look over every detail of a business. We understand the COVID-19 pandemic has been hard for everyone, in many ways, we consider this when analysing. The profit should be in excess of 100,000, with active contracts and returning business. We can and will move quickly on our end, with regards to finance.
Location
We are searching nationally in the UK and USA, we are based in both locations to allow for site visits when required.
